1. Booking Information
- This product offers a Sydney Harbour Jet Boat Adventure (Thunder Jet Boating), where you can experience high-speed thrills, sharp turns, and 360° spins while enjoying the iconic sights of Sydney Harbour.
- Departure Location: Circular Quay, Sydney (exact boarding details will be provided upon booking confirmation).
- Eligibility: Suitable for participants aged 5 and above; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Duration: Approximately 30 to 45 minutes (depending on the selected ride).
- Includes:
- High-speed jet boat ride operated by a professional driver
- Safety gear (waterproof jacket, life jacket)
- Sightseeing of Sydney Harbour landmarks (Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, etc.)
2. Experience Guidelines
- After booking, an e-ticket will be sent via email. Please present your QR code or booking reference upon arrival.
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure for safety briefings and gear fitting. Late arrivals may result in a missed experience without a refund.
- Expect to get wet! It is recommended to wear waterproof or quick-dry clothing and avoid bringing valuables.
- All passengers must wear a life jacket and follow the crew’s instructions at all times.
- No mobile phones or cameras are allowed during the ride; photos can be taken before or after the experience.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Free cancellation or one-time rescheduling.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee applies; rescheduling may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: Non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Special Conditions:
- If the experience is canceled due to weather conditions, operator decisions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose between a full refund or free rescheduling.
- No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals or no-shows.
4. Important Notes
- Health Restrictions: Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, neck or back injuries, recent surgeries, or pregnant women.
- Age & Height Requirements: Participants must be at least 5 years old. Some rides may require a minimum height of 120cm—please check before booking.
- Weather Conditions: The experience may be canceled or modified due to extreme weather conditions at the discretion of the operator.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are advised not to bring valuables, as the operator is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
