1. Booking Information
- This product offers a Sydney Indoor Skydiving Experience, allowing you to enjoy the thrill of free-fall in a safe and controlled wind tunnel—no prior skydiving experience required.
- Location: iFLY Indoor Skydiving (Western Sydney). The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- Eligibility: Suitable for participants aged 3 and above (participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent or accompaniment).
- Duration: Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, including training, gear fitting, and flight experience.
- Includes:
- Pre-flight training and guidance from a professional flight instructor
- Full flight gear (flight suit, helmet, goggles, earplugs, etc.)
- Two flight sessions (equivalent to the free-fall duration of a 12,000 ft skydive)
- Digital flight certificate (included in some packages)
2. Experience Guidelines
- After booking, an e-ticket will be sent via email. Please present your QR code or booking reference upon arrival.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session to complete check-in, training, and gear fitting. Late arrivals may result in missed experiences without a refund.
- Participants must watch a safety video and follow the instructor’s guidance throughout the experience.
- Wear comfortable clothing and lace-up sneakers. Avoid dresses, sandals, high heels, or clothing with loose accessories.
- No jewelry, watches, or glasses can be worn during the flight. Long hair must be tied back.
- All participants must complete a health declaration form before flying. If you have any medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, shoulder dislocations, pregnancy), please consult a doctor beforehand and inform staff.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Free cancellation or one-time rescheduling.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee applies; rescheduling may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: Non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Special Conditions:
- If the experience is canceled due to equipment maintenance, operator decisions, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), guests may choose between a full refund or free rescheduling.
- No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals or no-shows.
4. Important Notes
- Health Requirements: Not recommended for participants with heart conditions, severe shoulder dislocations, pregnancy, or other medical issues that may be affected by intense physical activity.
- Weight Restrictions:
- Participants under 105kg can fly without restrictions.
- Participants weighing 105kg-136kg may be subject to additional fees and require an on-site evaluation.
- Participants over 136kg may not be able to fly—please contact customer support for inquiries.
- Age Requirement: Open to ages 3 and above. Minors require parental/guardian consent or supervision.
- Flight Photos & Videos: Professional flight photos and videos are available for purchase on-site.
