1. Booking Information

• This product is for a Bondi Beach Surfing Lesson Experience, suitable for beginners and surfers of all levels, guided by professional surf instructors.
• Location: Bondi Beach, Sydney (exact meeting point will be provided upon booking confirmation).
• Age Requirement: Suitable for ages 12 and above (participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent).
• Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, including safety briefing, basic technique training, and in-water practice.
• Includes:
  • Professional surf coaching (small group lessons)
  • Surfboard rental
  • Wetsuit or rash vest rental
  • Basic safety training and surfing technique instruction

2. Usage Instructions

• After booking, an e-ticket will be sent via email . Please present your QR code or booking reference upon arrival.
• Arrive 15-20 minutes before the lesson starts to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in missed lessons and will not be refunded.
• Participants should bring swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen and wear appropriate attire for water activities.
• Lessons are conducted in English. If you require language assistance, please inquire in advance.
• Surf lessons may be adjusted or rescheduled based on weather and ocean conditions for safety reasons.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Free cancellation or one-time rescheduling.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee applies; rescheduling may incur additional charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson: Non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Special Conditions:
  • If the lesson is canceled due to extreme weather, dangerous ocean conditions, or operator decisions, guests may choose between a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals or no-shows.

4. Important Notes

• Health & Safety: Participants should have no major medical conditions and must have basic swimming ability.
• Age Policy: Children under 12 cannot participate alone, and those under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
• Weather Policy: Instructors reserve the right to cancel or modify lessons due to unsafe conditions, and compensation options will be provided accordingly.
• Personal Belongings: Avoid bringing valuables. Please check in advance if storage facilities are available.
