2. Experience Guidelines
Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, we will send an electronic confirmation via email. Please present it to the staff on the day of departure.
Meeting Time: Usually scheduled for morning or afternoon sessions (exact time will be confirmed after booking). Please arrive at least 15 minutes early at the meeting point.
Dress Code:
Wear comfortable sports shoes (avoid sandals, high heels, or boots).
Choose appropriate outdoor clothing (avoid overly loose or tight-fitting attire).
It is recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.
Weight Restrictions: Each passenger’s weight should generally not exceed 110kg. If this limit is exceeded, additional fees may apply, or seating arrangements may need to be adjusted. Please check specific requirements when booking.
Weather Conditions: Flight times may be affected by weather conditions. In cases of strong winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe flying conditions, the flight may be canceled or rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience, subject to availability.
If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
If canceled due to weather, you may reschedule within 12 months or contact our booking team for a refund.
Special Cases:
If the flight is canceled due to weather, aviation regulations, or operational decisions, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
If you arrive late or fail to show up (No-show) for personal reasons, refunds or rescheduling will not be provided.
