Experience Details

• Location: Hunter Valley Horse Riding & Adventures
• Age Requirement: 10 years and above (Minors must be accompanied by a guardian and have a signed consent form)
• Duration: Approximately 1-2 hours (depending on the chosen route)
• Trail Route: Ride through vineyards, natural bushland, creeks, and open fields
• Horse Selection: Well-trained horses suitable for riders of all experience levels
• Provided Equipment: Helmets and basic riding gear included

Important Information

1. Arrival Requirements
   • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for safety instructions and preparation.
   • Late arrivals may result in forfeiting the experience without a refund.
2. Dress Code
   • Long pants and closed-toe shoes (such as sneakers or riding boots) are required.
   • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for sun protection.
   • Skirts, shorts, or sandals are not recommended.
3. Health & Safety Requirements
   • Participants should be in good health, without serious medical conditions such as heart disease, epilepsy, or severe allergies.
   • Weight Limit: Generally up to 100kg; please inquire in advance if you exceed this limit.
   • Pregnant individuals and those with back or spinal conditions are not recommended to participate.
4. Weather Conditions
   • The horse-riding experience is subject to weather conditions. In case of extreme weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms), the experience may be canceled or rescheduled at the operator's discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or one free reschedule.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the experience: No refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations due to bad weather: Full refund or reschedule option available.
• Late arrivals or no-shows: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
