1-Hour Quad Bike Adventure Tour

Tour Details:

– Departure Times: Daily at 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 2:30 pm. Prices may vary on weekends and during peak times.
– Child Safety: Children under 16 are no longer allowed to operate quad bikes independently. They may ride with an adult on a tandem quad bike if they meet the height requirement of 130 cm.
– Special Notice: Tandem bikes will ride on lower dunes at a slower speed to ensure safety for both riders.

Safety First: Our guides are trained to adjust speeds based on sand conditions, terrain, weather, and riders’ confidence levels, which may affect the permitted riding speed. Patience is appreciated, as guides will do their best to accommodate varying riding skills, with groups available for beginners and experienced riders.

Trip Outline: Arrive at the office 30 minutes before the tour for check-in, then drive five minutes to the quad bike riding location. Experience the thrill of sand dune adventures, guided by experts, from the bush to the beach on the Worimi sand dunes. This 1-hour quad bike experience will take you to the highest dunes in the Southern Hemisphere, offering breathtaking coastal views and insights into the land’s history.

– No Experience Required: Each group is assigned one guide per five riders, typically with two guides per group for added safety—one leading, the other following. Departing from the starting point, you’ll ride through well-maintained coastal grasslands and bush trails before reaching the dunes. The guide will lead you over progressively challenging dunes, up and down slopes reaching 40–100 feet. All quad bike adventures are customized to meet guests’ preferences and experience levels, so whether you prefer high-speed or leisurely riding, there’s an adventure for everyone.

No License Needed: We are the only tour operator permitted to access the highest dunes on Stockton Beach.
Riding Protocol: All quad bike tours are conducted in a single-file formation. Riders are instructed to maintain a safe distance of 5–10 meters from the vehicle ahead, following the path of the rider in front without deviation (no overtaking or riding side-by-side). Guides will provide clear hand signals throughout the tour. Riders are equipped with helmets and high-visibility safety vests.

Safety Disclaimer: Riders must acknowledge that if they continue to ride unsafely or disregard instructions after one warning, they and their group will be returned to the parking lot immediately without a refund.

If you wear headgear (such as headbands or scarves), you may need to adjust or remove it, as helmets are mandatory for safety on our quad bike tours.

For the safety of both mother and child, pregnant women are unfortunately not allowed to participate in our quad bike tours.

- Comfortable sportswear (avoid skirts, excessively tight, or loose clothing).

Health & Safety Requirements:
- Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, neck/back issues, or mobility impairments.
- Riders must wear a safety helmet and follow the instructor’s guidelines at all times.
- Performing dangerous maneuvers such as sharp turns, drifting, or high-speed collisions is strictly prohibited.
Weather Conditions:
- The tour is subject to weather conditions. In case of strong winds, heavy rain, or extreme weather, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure: Full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made 24-72 hours before departure: One-time free rescheduling, but no refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-show: No refund or rescheduling.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or operator’s decision: Guests can choose a full refund or free rescheduling (valid for 12 months).
