Cancellation more than 48 hours before the activity: Full refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the activity: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
If the activity is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
