• Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, an e-ticket will be sent via email. Please present it to the staff on the day of departure.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

✔ If canceled due to weather conditions, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
✔ If canceled due to weather, you may reschedule within 12 months or request a refund by contacting the booking team.

✔ If the flight is canceled due to weather, aviation regulations, or the operator’s decision, you may choose between a full refund or a free reschedule.
✔ No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
