1. Boolking Information

• This ticket is for the Sydney Harbour Half-Day Deep Sea Fishing Tour, operated by Deep Blue Charters.
• The tour lasts approximately 5 hours, departing from Rose Bay and heading to prime offshore fishing spots for an exciting deep-sea fishing experience.
• Who Can Join: Suitable for both beginners and experienced anglers, with professional guidance provided by the crew.
• Includes:
  • Experienced captain and professional crew.
  • All fishing equipment (rods, bait, hooks, etc.).
  • Bottled drinking water (participants may bring their own snacks and drinks).
  • Keep legally caught fish (subject to local fishing regulations).
• Not Included:
  • Personal meals and additional beverages (please bring your own).

2. Ticket Usage

• Your e-ticket will be sent via email or SMS upon successful booking. Please present the QR code or booking reference on the day of departure.
• Meeting Time: Arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before departure.
• Departure Time: Morning or midday sessions are available; the exact time will be provided upon booking.
• Departure Location: Lyne Park, Rose Bay, located between the Rose Bay Ferry Terminal and the boat ramp (exact details will be provided in the booking confirmation).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee applies; rescheduling may incur additional charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: Non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Special Conditions:
  • If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, government restrictions, or operator decisions, guests may choose between a full refund or a free reschedule.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals or no-shows.

4. Important Notes

• Age Requirement: Children 12 years and older are welcome; those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Health & Fitness: Participants should be in good health. If prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication in advance is recommended.
• What to Wear: Wear non-slip shoes, sun-protective clothing, and bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.
• Safety Guidelines: All passengers must follow crew instructions and safety regulations at all times.
